Buy Zero Volt Bedsheet in Lucknow, Earthing Mat

Earthing mat / grounding bedsheet

The Zero Volt Bedsheet is a quilted earthing mat with a brass-coloured conductive grid. You spread it on your mattress and run its cord to a properly earthed socket or a dedicated earth point. The sheet itself runs on no battery and no power. It is a lifestyle product that some people find relaxing at bedtime, not a medical treatment.

Before you plug in: earthing safety

Connect the cord only to a properly earthed socket or earth point. It must never touch the live or neutral pin.
Have the socket checked with a mains tester or by an electrician before the first use. If the earth is missing, get a proper earth point installed first.
Never lay the sheet over an electric blanket or a heated mattress pad, and keep heater cables well away from the bed and the cord.
If the sheet, cord or plug is damaged in any way, stop using it and contact us.
Run the cord out of walkways, and keep it away from small children and pets.
The cord and plug must stay dry and are never washed. Unplug and detach the cord before the sheet is washed.
If you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or a serious medical condition, ask your doctor before using any earthing product.
This is a wellness product, not a medical treatment. Never stop or change prescribed medicines because you are using it.

Using Zero Volt Bedsheet in Lucknow

Lucknow homes range from old havelis around Chowk and Aminabad to newer flats in Gomti Nagar and Jankipuram. Wiring varies just as much. Some older houses still have two-pin sockets or an earth wire that was never connected, so check the socket you plan to use, either with a plug-in tester or through an electrician, before the first night. If there is no working earth, get one installed first. Summers here regularly pass 40 °C and many families sleep under a cooler or AC; the sheet can stay on the bed with either running. In the foggy weeks around late December, a blanket can go over it, but never an electric blanket or heated pad.

Zero Volt Bedsheet in Lucknow: questions

Can I keep using the earthing bedsheet through a Lucknow winter?

Yes. In December and January, when fog hangs over the Gomti and nights turn cold, you can lay quilts and razais on top of the sheet as usual. The sheet needs skin contact, so many people keep their feet or legs on it under the covers. Do not use it together with an electric blanket or heated mattress pad, and keep any room heater, and its lead, at a distance from where you sleep.

My flat in Gomti Nagar has three-pin sockets. Is that enough to use the sheet?

Not on its own. A three-pin socket only helps if the earth pin is actually connected to a working earth. Builders sometimes skip it, and older connections loosen. Check that socket with a mains tester, or have an electrician confirm it, before you plug in the cord. The cord belongs on the earth terminal alone; live and neutral are off limits. If the check fails, have a proper earth point fitted before you start.

Our old house in Chowk has mostly two-pin points. What can we do?

A two-pin socket has no earth contact, so the bedsheet cannot be connected to it. Ask a licensed electrician whether your house has an earth wire anywhere, for example at the main board, and whether a proper earth point can be added near the bed. Do not improvise with water pipes, gas lines or bare wire. Once a tested earth point exists, the supplied cord connects to it.

Can I see or ask about the bedsheet at the centre in Gomti Nagar?

You can call or message the centre in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, with any question about the sheet, the cord or setting it up. If you would like to come in person, please call first so the team can tell you what is possible on that day. Orders are placed by WhatsApp or phone.
