Before you plug in: earthing safety

Connect the cord only to a properly earthed socket or earth point. It must never touch the live or neutral pin.
Have the socket checked with a mains tester or by an electrician before the first use. If the earth is missing, get a proper earth point installed first.
Never lay the sheet over an electric blanket or a heated mattress pad, and keep heater cables well away from the bed and the cord.
If the sheet, cord or plug is damaged in any way, stop using it and contact us.
Run the cord out of walkways, and keep it away from small children and pets.
The cord and plug must stay dry and are never washed. Unplug and detach the cord before the sheet is washed.
If you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or a serious medical condition, ask your doctor before using any earthing product.
This is a wellness product, not a medical treatment. Never stop or change prescribed medicines because you are using it.

Using Zero Volt Bedsheet in Sitapur

Sitapur lies roughly 90 km north of Lucknow, and the town has grown outward from older lanes near Ghantaghar and Lalbagh into colonies along Station Road and Civil Lines. In many family homes the wiring has been extended room by room over the years, and the bedroom point is often the one nobody has checked. Ask an electrician to confirm a working earth there, or use a mains tester, before connecting the sheet; if the earth is missing, fit a proper one first. Winters bring cold spells and fog to this part of Uttar Pradesh, and summer nights are hot. The sheet sits flat under a razai in January and under a fan in May.

Zero Volt Bedsheet in Sitapur: questions

Sitapur gets very foggy in January. Is it fine to use a room heater with the sheet?

A room heater can be used in the same room, but keep it and its flex well clear of your bed and of the earthing lead. Never put the sheet over an electric blanket or a heated mattress pad. Ordinary quilts and woollen blankets on top are fine. Once a winter, it is worth checking that the cord and plug have not cracked in the cold; stop using them if they have.

Our house in Nai Basti is decades old. How do I know if there is an earth at all?

Look first for three-pin sockets, but do not stop there, because a third pin can be present without any earth behind it. A plug-in mains tester or a visit from an electrician will tell you for certain. If the house has no working earth, the electrician can install a proper earth point. Only after that should the cord be connected, and only to the earth contact, not the live or neutral.

Can I order a sheet for a relative in Khairabad or Laharpur?

Yes. WhatsApp us their house address with the pincode. Khairabad and Laharpur have their own pincodes, so we check courier coverage separately and confirm the charge before dispatch. Please make sure someone at their end can test the bedroom socket for earth before first use, and that the cord will not cross a walkway.

The sheet gets dusty in the dry months before the monsoon. How should I clean it?

Unplug the cord and detach it from the sheet before any washing. Wash the sheet itself following the care instructions supplied with it, and let it dry completely, ideally in shade, before you use it again. The cord and plug should never be washed or left damp. If you notice any damage to the grid, the cord or the plug, stop and get in touch with us.

Is the Sitapur price different from the shop price?

No. The Zero Volt Bedsheet is ₹3,200 in Sitapur too. Only the courier charge depends on where you are, and we confirm it for your pincode on WhatsApp or a call before anything is sent.

When will my parcel reach Sitapur?

Plan on about 2 to 5 working days once the parcel leaves us. Couriers sometimes run slower around holidays or in bad weather, so take this as a guide and ask us for your pincode’s estimate.

Is Cash on Delivery available for Sitapur orders?

Yes, where the courier serves your pincode with COD. We check your Sitapur pincode when you message us, and tell you before dispatch.

Do you deliver to Lalbagh and other Sitapur localities?

Yes, courier delivery covers localities like Lalbagh, Nai Basti, Civil Lines, Tarinpur, Munshiganj (pincodes starting 261). For Khairabad, Laharpur, Biswan and other places around Sitapur, we check the pincode before dispatch.
